For those of us who struggle with fear, feeling emotional, feeling stuck, feeling frustrated from anxiousness, feeling scattered, or having brain fog, lack of focus, lack of joy, lack of goal achievement, overwhelm, concern, worry and you name it, this workshop is designed with you in mind.
Week 1, June 6th focuses on our Self Talk. What we say, how we say it either limits or hugely expands our creative power. We need to be aware of what we are saying not only to ourselves but to those that matter most to us. This week will be a time of self-awareness, tuning into what we are really saying subconsciously and consciously.
Week 2, June 13th will focus on Being Present and how that plays into our emotions of feeling safe in an uncertain world. We will be creating our own "I AM" Affirmations that are designed just for you. These affirmations are extremely powerful when they are used often. Reading them, saying them out loud...making your own recording of them and listening to your own voice say these things to yourself about yourself? Wow, just wait and see what happens!
Week 3, June 27th focuses on "How: to Meditate". Meditation is designed specifically to help us become grounded and more aware of "how" and "what" we are feeling. Identifying, acknowledging, and letting go are just a few of the healing skills that you will learn with this practice...and it is a practice!
At the end of each week's workshop, we will end with a 10 minute guided meditation to set you off for the week. This 3 part course also includes downloadable worksheets and a couple of surprise tools that will be mailed directly to your home!
