How a Plant-Based Diet can help with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Many of us throw our hands in the air or laugh at those “vegans/vegetarians” thinking how crazy are those people? I know – I was one of them. My personal journey started in May of 2017. If anyone had told me that I would consider this lifestyle, I would have, again, “laughed”. For some reason, however, my inner-self said, “try it, what do you have to lose”? So, I did! My journey has kept me on the vegan plan three months later. Frankly, I like how I feel. I like that my cholesterol has been significantly reduced. I like that I’ve lost 12 pounds. Generally, I feel GOOD! Although I didn’t have a disease to deal with, many do and this article is just one of many to support how your life and/or issues can improve too.
